Area 4 is part of Harmony, Inc., a non-profit, international organization. Harmony, Inc.'s goal is to encourage all women through education, friendship, and singing. Area 6 covers the eastern region of the United States and includes Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, and Wisconsin. Area 4 also has several choruses in geographically outlying areas; Arizona, California, and New Mexico.
